What does a loan officer do?
What does a loan officer do?
There are six steps in buying a new house. Step 2 is getting approved for a loan. Read below to see how you start that process.
So what does a loan officer do?
-They guide you through the mortgage process quickly and efficiently.
What is the process to get the best mortgage?
-Call the loan officer and have a frank conversation and talk about where you want your payments to be.
What kind of questions do they ask?
-How much money do you make? How much do you have in savings, have you been divorced, any bankruptcies? Do you owe the IRS any money? These are just a few of the questions and additional questions might be needed.
What happens next?
-You will complete an application and pull your credit. After the information has been collected you will get with your loan officer to decide what will be best for you based on your situation. If you are approved you will get a letter that states what your loan limit is and your interest rate. After you have this information get with JoAnn Keahey Realty to start house hunting!
